Subscription & Billing
Flowcus Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple.
To manage your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Flowcus
If a purchase or restore didn’t complete, contact us at support@flowcusapp.com and include your Apple account region and approximate purchase time.
Common Troubleshooting
Try these steps first:
- Force close and reopen Flowcus
- Confirm you are on the latest app version
- Confirm you are signed in with the correct account
- Restart your device
- Try again on a stable network (Wi-Fi preferred)
