Subscription & Billing

Flowcus Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple.

To manage your subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Flowcus

If a purchase or restore didn’t complete, contact us at support@flowcusapp.com and include your Apple account region and approximate purchase time.

Common Troubleshooting

Try these steps first:

  1. Force close and reopen Flowcus
  2. Confirm you are on the latest app version
  3. Confirm you are signed in with the correct account
  4. Restart your device
  5. Try again on a stable network (Wi-Fi preferred)
